1. About CartWise
CartWise is a price comparison platform that helps users in Qatar find the best prices across multiple retail stores. CartWise does not sell products, process payments, or fulfil orders. All transactions are completed directly on the retailer's own website or app.
2. Platform Nature
CartWise is a comparison tool only. We use AI-driven technology and automated data collection to display publicly available prices and product information from participating stores. By using CartWise you acknowledge that:
- CartWise is not a retailer and does not sell or ship products.
- Prices and availability are sourced from third-party platforms and may not always reflect real-time store data.
- You must verify final prices on the retailer's website before completing a purchase.
3. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to keep price data accurate and up to date. However, prices, promotions, and stock availability can change at any time without notice. CartWise does not guarantee that the prices displayed are the final checkout prices at any given store.
Live AI prices (available on Smart Saver and Pro plans) are fetched on demand and reflect our best estimate at the time of query. Always verify on the retailer site before purchasing.
4. User Accounts
You may create a free CartWise account to access price history, cart saving, and usage tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. CartWise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscription Plans
CartWise offers optional paid subscription plans (Smart Saver and Pro). Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your profile — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely by Tap Payments. CartWise does not store payment card details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CartWise for lawful personal use only. You must not:
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce CartWise data or price information in bulk.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the CartWise platform.
- Use CartWise to harm, mislead, or defraud other users or retailers.
- Circumvent any access controls or rate limits on the platform.
Misuse of the platform may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
Product names, images, and brand assets displayed on CartWise remain the property of their respective retailers and brands. CartWise does not claim ownership over third-party content. The CartWise platform, logo, and proprietary technology are owned by CartWise Qatar and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CartWise is not liable for:
- Pricing errors or discrepancies between CartWise and a retailer's live prices.
- Out-of-stock items, delivery failures, or order issues with third-party stores.
- Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information displayed on CartWise.
9. Changes to These Terms
CartWise may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Major changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
